I have created a sample script for performance monitoring using VBScript and WMI.
The output is in html.

Steps

1. Save All Admin Scripts in the same location

2. Execute "WindowsSystem_PerfMon_Snapshot.cmd"

3. Open "WindowsSystem_PerfMon_Snapshot.html" for output
